I have spent the prior 20 years in the people sector across several continents and industries. The last ten years working for various EU agencies in the fields of learning and development, project & risk management, recruitment, and cultural transformation.
I have a degree in HR Management and Industrial Psychology from Baruch College, City University of New York. I am a certified HR Analyst, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and I hold a certificate from Harvard University.
